Maintenance and Management

We use only qualified trades people for the servicing and maintenance of the gas heating and electrical appliances. We organise all the required services and repairs and ensure the property is warm, safe and secure. We are full members of the National Landlords Association, we are also registered with the Disclosure and Barring Service to provide confidence when we inspect or escort trades people in to your home. Your deposit is protected by the Custodial Deposit Protection Service.
